DESIGN and BUILD

5. Site Safety – Full time site safety officer standby with regular safety review by management team

REPAIR

Strong support team stand-by all year round for any ad-hoc repairing request including glass panel replacement and aluminium feature repairing. As a comprehensive solutions, all authority related submissions will be included.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

According to Hong Kong regulations, regular inspection and maintenance for facades/curtain wall is required to avoid any dispute with the insurance company in respect of insurance policy compliance. For peace of mind, our preventive maintenance plan will cover all the key areas of the building to ensure full compliance on the regulations. We will start with in-depth review on the building to fully understand the existing condition. Then a preventive maintenance plan will be develop with the aim of catering the specific needs of that building, including the overall maintenance schedule, spare parts list, repairing records etc. This help to minimize incident due to wear and tear or bad weather.
